Bushido Brewery is an unincorporated, non-commercial American/Japanese/International picobrewery. We are imagining new tastes in beer and saké.

Our own brewing equipment is currently located in Los Angeles, California, however since the end of 2013 we only brew there a few times a year. We can usually be found in other cities and countries, brewing in other breweries and collaborating with brewers around the world. Since becoming a gypsy brewery in 2013 we’ve brewed in Portland Oregon, Seattle Washington, Victoria BC Canada, and Buenos Aires Argentina.
